职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
? Assist Partners in fund registration and set-up;
? Assist Partners in money raising and roadshow;
? Conduct industry, market, and company research as part of the investment team;
? Portfolio management and deal execution support, including return analysis and portfolio company milestone tracking;
? Quantitative due diligence, including the development and maintenance of business and pricing models, financial modeling including valuation analyses, and deal structuring;
? Qualitative due diligence, including assessing the competitive landscape, analyzing business plan assumptions, and evaluating industry trends;
? Working with Partners on deal teams to build sector investment theses and plans
? Assist firm with Limited Partner (LP) correspondence including marketing, valuation, and quarterly reporting
? Providing strategic and administrative assistance to the Firm's portfolio companies;

Minimum Requirements:
？ 2-3 years of experience at investment bank, strategy consulting firm, private equity or venture capital, or business development/corporate development role within industry
？ Demonstrated ability in modeling and financial analysis
？ Experienced in doing research on new markets
？ Organized self-starter who can help immediately with the organization of the firm's internal processing of information, build databases, do industry research and build financial models
？ Interest in and knowledge of food & beverage;
？ Excellent interpersonal skills – comfortable working with a wide variety of entrepreneurs, other investors, LPs, etc
