Job Descriptions:
1. Work closely with hiring managers to clarify recruiting requisitions and ensure that all the recruitment processes are conducted efficiently to meet all assigned KPIs, and in accordance with company policies and standards.
2. Ensure all the positions within budget and filled in lead time. To identify and implement best practices to increase the quality of hires while reducing cycle time and cost
3. Be responsible to set up the recruitment process and policy for further improvement and consistency
4. Complete recruiting & headcount plan. This may involve a series of recruitment process: first selecting, telephone interview, face-to-face interview, works with the hiring managers in an effective way to help them make hiring decisions, offers, reference checks and employment contracts and etc.
5. Build and maintain a talent pool for all functions and maintain in effective way.
6. Make annual headcount budgeting and year end forecasting headcount planning Actual vs. plan (forecast) recruitment issues
7. To be responsible for maintaining and/or improving leaving process. Employee leave talk and analysis
8. Get involved in recruitment projects such as campus recruitment program and etc.
9. Perform as key coordinator internally for HR related issues
10. Key employee’s motivation check and analysis
11. Headcount and position change (new, leave, promotion etc.). Announcement draft and filing, coordinate internal transfer process
12. Employee leaving analysis
13. HR project tracking (consolidate all HR projects/activities)
14. Assist HR Director to handle other daily operations
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or equivalent
2. At least 5 years working experience in HR related in a MNC, rich working experience on daily HR& Talent acquisition management, procedure management
3. HR experience in MNC and head-hunter experience is a plus
4. Proactive creative problem thinker: ability to think outside the box & trouble-shoot around problems. The experience of policy design is preferred
5. Detailed-oriented, organized & highly motivated: ability to prioritize & multi-task within a strict timeline
6. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
7. Good Windows / MS Office knowledge,Good communication, interpersonal skills, able to handle pressure,willing for continually improvement of the own / business related knowledge
