职位描述：
1.Maintain and ensure E-HR system functions well with designed work flow and business objective reflected. Provide data analysis report to serve for HR and business objectives.
根据指定流程维护E-HR系统中人力资源相关信息。根据HR及业务需求，提供相关数据报告。
2.Provide 1st level support to managers/employees to issue/fix E-HR system questions. Sustain and develop E-HR knowledge in ZACN organization.
回答经理/员工对于E-HR系统的相关问题，提供解决方案。对经理/员工进行E-HR相关知识和流程的培训。
3.Assist HR Manager to design, define and implement new HRIS processes. Combined with the actual requests of HR modules, be responsible for the development of E-HR systems and processes, training, promotion and implementation.
协助HRIS经理设计和执行HRIS相关流程。结合人力资源各个模块的实际需求，负责人力资源各项制度和流程的开发、培训、推广和实施；
4.Implement corporate Performance Management policy and process, coach line managers to use the tools, ensure the periodical completion of performance management activities.
协助实施绩效管理，对各部门绩效进行监督控制，使绩效评价体系落实到位。
5.Other tasks assigned by HR Manager
