职位描述：
1.Product identification and sourcing for industrial and automotive parts used primarily for mobile equipment
2.Qualification of replacement products that affect cost savings while maintaining quality standards
3.Qualification of Suppliers of OEM replacement Products
4.Creating and Maintaining documentation / records of Sourcing process, targets and goals
5.Reduce vendor base by maximizing usage of best of class suppliers within product lines
6.Achieve measurable cost savings through sourcing efforts
7.Creating and Maintaining documentation / records tracking cost savings
8.Ability to help drive departmental success
9.Supplier/ Product selection to achieve the optimal cost for the business
10.Price negotiation to improve and maintain the business cost position in the market place
11.Match up of OEM components to other than OEM supply chains
12.Capable of finding alternative supply lines to allow the business cost position to be maintained and improved
Job Requirements:
1) Minimum 3-5 years Sourcing / Procurement experience
2) Alternatively,a technical diagnostics and repair of heavy industrial equipment background is valuable
3) Strong skill set within Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access
4）Experience working in Enterprise Resource Planning Systems
5) Fluently speak and communicate in English and Mandarin
