Position:QMS Assistant



Report Line:QHSE Manager in PWSH



Location: Nanhui of Shanghai



Duties :

1.Develop annual audit plan.

2.Arrange and participate QMS internal audit twice per year

3.Arrange and participate project audit as per annual audit plan.Normally once per month

4.Follow up nonconformity reports and related corrective and preventive action during QMS internal audit and project audit and ensure to close them

5.Develop annual management review plan

6.Arrange management review as coordinator

7.Follow up improvement action confirmed during management review

8.Control QMS document

9.Assisting to develop and modification QMS procedure

10.Deal with related audit from the 2nd party and the 3rd party

11.Participate in audit to supplier's QMS

12.Other related job as required



Required:

1.Junior college above

2.Machine manufacturing experience

3.Deal with QMS above 2 years

4.ISO9001:2008 QMS internal auditor qualification

5.Communication and coordination skills
