Responsibilities:

1.Manufacturing process improvement and optimization consistently, production capacity escalation;

2.Familiar with non-standard machine & equipment, fixture & jigs development process, experience in develop non-standard machine & equipment and fixture & jigs, especially for mechanical parts

3.Take part in equipment supplier development and technical communication and collection

4.Monitor supplier’s new equipment development and schedule management, equipments and jigs verify and transform

5.Assist in new project introduction and implementation;

6.Try running issues collect, track and improve consistently.

Specifications:

1. Undergraduate /mechanical engineering or mold design;

2. At least 3 year in engineering background; automotive industry prefered

3. At least CET-4, familiar with office software

4. Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, Pro/E or UG 3D drawing software

5. Team work spirit, communication skills

6. 26--35 years old
