Job Responsibilities:
工作职责：
- Responsible for organizing and maintaining the client’s artwork through the print production process to improve cycle time, quality, and economics.

- Utilize and support the client’s print quality program, provides print solutions that are technically feasible and innovative, and establish competency of printer’s capability.
- 利用并支持客户的印刷质量项目，提供可行性及创新的印刷解决方案，并建立印刷厂印刷资质的档案
- Be the key interface and ensure effective communication among various supply chain partners including printers, design studios & internal clients.
- 作为关键接口，确保与各类供应商/合作伙伴，包括印刷厂、设计工作室及内部客户之间的有效沟通
- Serves as the main day-to-day contact on current projects for clients at different sites; suppliers, external partners, and our internal Client Growth team to provide timely responses to all inquires (e.g. within one (1) business day).
- 担任目前客户项目的主要联络人，对不同地点、供应商、外部合作伙伴及内部客户管理团队提供及时反馈（如：在工作日一天之内）
- Attends client meetings as needed; works collaboratively with the client’s initiative managers and artwork planners on activities to meet timings based on overall project schedules.
- 根据需要参加客户会议，与客户方的项目经理及项目规划人员就整体项目进程进行紧密合作
- Ensures high quality standards in all client deliverables ensuring First Moment of Truth is achieved on all packaging reproduced by the BVE.
- 确保所有客户端交付产品的高质量标准，确保关键决策能达到所有包装复制的要求
- Proactively leads option analyses and works with printers to reduce risk of printing issues for new designs.
- 积极引导选择分析，与印刷厂密切合作，为新设计降低印刷问题的风险
- Effectively utilizes and supports the client’s print quality program, artwork process and color simplification strategy.
- 有效利用并支持客户印刷质量项目，样稿流程及色彩校准
- Acts as key link to color separation firm to enable timely delivery of accurate of artwork color separations and print tools.
- 作为联系分色管理团队的成员，确保分色及印刷工具的准时交货
- Conducts print feasibility assessments to establish the printer’s capability to meet design intent for all pieces of art.
- 对印刷厂能力进行打印可行性的评估，用以满足所有作品的设计意图
- Confirms print feasibility assessment via post press analysis of first production.
- 通过第一次印刷的印前分析，确认打印可行性分析
- Recommends options to reduce rework and costs associated with the client’s pre-press / print supply chains.
- 建议方案以便减少与客户印前/印刷供应链的返工和降低成本
- Leads resolution of technical issues with "designs" between design firm and printer(s).
- 在设计公司和印刷厂之间，就“设计作品”领导解决技术问题
- Manages post-production issues with PQM’s, printers & Marketing Project Leaders
- 与质量生产经理、印刷差及市场项目负责人一起管理生产后期问题
- Work with our Production Centers to achieve final deliverable that meet client’s expectation
- 与公司的生产中心紧密合作，完成可交付使用的产品，最终满足客户期望

Skills & Experience:
技能及经验：
- 5 years of hands-on print production management experience in printing or production agencies will be advantageous
- 印刷行业5年以上印刷生产管理经验，有印刷生产公司工作经验者优先
- Exposure managing printers handling packaging such as gravure/ flexo/ litho technologies
- 处理如凹版因刷/柔板/平版包装印刷技术的印刷厂风险管理
- Good communication and project management skill
- 良好的沟通技巧及项目管理经验
- Organized individual with good follow-up skill
- 良好的个人组织能力及跟进技巧
- Collaborative and pleasant disposition
- 协作性及性格开朗
- Ability to communicate in English will be a plus
