服装设计师 Garment Designer

职位描述：

JOB DESCRIPTION 工作职责

1. 按照买手指示或样品绘制款式图，款式图需注明面辅料详细信息及服装制作工艺；

Make the sketch according to buyer's instructions or samples, sketch must including fabric and accessories details, workmanship is necessary as well.

2. 保持跟买手及买手设计师的沟通，确保设计图按时交送及更新；

Keep closely communication with buyers and buyers designer, ensure delivery and update information on time.

3. 产品开发设计前期为样衣拍照，记录工艺细节；

Take detail photo and record detail workmanship data for all development samples.

4. 与各部门紧密协作，向跟单员，工厂提供面辅料批复或采购意见；

To coordinate with related departments, give suggestions to merchandiser and suppliers for fabric and accessories.

5. 协调解决制作过程中出现的设计问题，跟踪样品打样生产进度；

To coordinate and solve the design problem during sample/production process, follow up sample status.

6. 负责公司样品原样的管理。

Be responsible for original sample maintenance.

QUALIFICATION 职位要求

1. 设计专业大专以上学历，优先考虑服装设计或艺术设计专业;

College degree or above, preferred in fashion/artistic design.

2. 1年以上服装设计工作经验，有在工厂工作经验者有限考虑；

Above 1 Year working experience in fashion design, experience in factory will be a plus.

3. 能够熟练运用CORELDRAW, ILLUSTRATOR, PHOTOSHOP等设计软件；

Excellent in CORELDRAW, ILLUSTRATOR, PHOTOSHOP.

4. 热爱服装行业，有强烈的责任感及良好的团队合作精神；

Love for the garment industry, good team player with strong sense of responsibility.

5. 良好的沟通和人际交往能力，工作积极主动，能够独立工作并承受一定的工作压力；

Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, positive and self-motivated. Able to work independently, flexible and under pressure.

6. 优先考虑可以用英文作为日常工作语言的人员。

Fluent English in both spoken and written will be a plus.
