职位描述：
?Participate in the initialization of Document Control Procedure;
?Follow the procedure to manage all the documents of each department (except Finance department);
?Manage the company document list; keep updates when applicable;
?Review, control and release updated documents to each department and follow updates on line;
?Support to collect all the records on line;
?Manage all the hard copy and soft copy documents, archive them according to Document Control Procedure and assure the respect of requirements of storage;
?Assure all documents’ confidentiality according to Document Control Procedure;
?Train each department of the document control procedure and supervise the process.
