职位描述：
Job Descriptions:
1. 负责完成相应的调试流程工作和领导工程师以专业和有效地方法工作并且确保调试流程质量标准在计划的时间框架和预算里.
Responsible to realize delegated robot programming work and lead delegated engineers in a professional and efficient way and ensure required robot programming quality standard within planned time frame and budget.
2. 积极支持工作/项目进程和完成相关节点和成本控制.
Actively support the work / project progress, related to milestone achieving and cost control.
3. 准备, 组织和参加运营层面上的客户会议（生产, 维修…）, 澄清技术问题, 定义行动计划和确保在承诺的时间里完成.
Prepare and attend Customer meetings on the operational level (Production, Maintenance…) to clarify technical issues define action plan and ensure realization in the committed Timeline.
4. 提供相应技术所要求的记录/说明/报告
Provide required records / descriptions / reports of delegated technology.
5. 发展/提供相应技术的培训资料并且举办内/外部培训课程
Develop / Provide training documents of delegated technology and hold internal / external training course.
6. 在技术问题和发展方面积极支持销售/设计/控制工程师
Actively support the Sales / DED / Controls Engineering in case of technical question and development.
7. 严格遵守所有库卡安全和行政政策
Strictly follow all KUKA safety and administration policy.
8. 遵守公司/事业部/部门要求/政策，确保在解决问题，项目表现和环境健康安全方面的专业能力
Follow company/BU/department requirements/strategies to ensure competent Professionalism in solution, project performance and EHS.
