职位描述：
Tasks:
? Responsible for managing various types of new, asset enhancement and fit-out projects in China within the approved time frame and budget for the Group ;
? Conduct feasibility studies and due diligence studies on real estate investment opportunities;
? Track, develop and report the ongoing progress;
? Ensure quality and safety standards are met;
? Manage performance of all contractors, consultants and external vendors;
? Handle ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
 
Requirements:
? Degree in Architecture or Building Surveying;
? At least 10 years of relevant working experience with professional qualifications;
? Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
? Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills.
