职位描述：
Responsibilities:主要职责
?Follow ADS Industrial Standards.
遵循ADS行业（制程）标准；
?Coordinate with PM Mgr. review on NL and / or VRF / describe KEY project items. For DRAFT Project Timing.
与项目经理共同讨论项目评估合同，描述关键项目事项，初步做好项目时间进度表；
?Coordinate with MFE – NPQA – Tooling Eng – PE, first DRAFT review of Project Timing.
与制造工程师，高级质量工程师，模具工程师及过程工程师一起对项目时间安排初稿进行讨论；
?Coordinate / prepare for FIRST KICK OFF meeting with; PM-NPE-MFE-NPQA-Tooling Eng – PE and Request for Project Feed Back.
 与项目经理，新项目工程师，模具工程师及过程工程师一起协调并准备首次项目启动会议，反馈项目情况；
?Coordinate a discussion / review with Customer New Project Team from Feed Back during first KICK OFF meeting.
根据首次工程启动会议上的反馈，组织新项目客户相关人员进行讨论；
?After confirmation / discussion review with Customer New Project Team; prepare for FINAL KICK OFF meeting with Internal team; NPE – MFE – NPQA – PE – Tooling Eng and ADS Management Team.
经过与客户相关人员的讨论与和确认，组织内部人员参与正式的项目启动会议，包括新项目工程师，制造工程师，高级质量工程师，过程工程师及ADS管理团队；
?PM Engineer is responsible to Meet with; MFE – NPQA – PE to prepare PROCESS DEFINITION / Flow chart –Layout – HC and Performance Indicators KPI ( CT – YIELD – SCRAP)
与制造工程师，高级质量工程师及过程工程师一起准备过程定义，流程图，布局，人员数量及关键绩效指标（周期，良品率，报废率）；
?PM Engineer responsible to meet with; MFE – NPQA – PE to create the INVESTMENT PLAN.
与制造工程师，高级质量工程师及过程工程师一起制定投资计划；
?PM Engineer responsible to prepare and review with PM Mgr and ADS MD the investment plan for approval.
 准备投资计划，与项目经理和执行总裁讨论后获得批准；
?PM Engineer responsible to meet with ; NPQA to prepare NP VALIDATION TEST PLAN.
 与高级质量工程师一起准备新项目的试验及验证计划；
? PM Engineer responsible to meet with; Tooling Engineer to prepare and complete DFM and MOLD FLOW.
 与模具工程师一起准备并完成模具设计及模流分析；
?PM Engineer Hand over all documents and information to NPE. (keep records).
  将所有文件及信息移交给新项目工程师，并记录存档；
?PM Engineer responsible to Coordinate and support ECN Implementation from; a)- CUSTOMER
 REQUEST b) ADS INTERNAL REQUEST; after SOP with; MFE-NPQA-PE-NPE as needed by
 Process defined.
 根据客户要求及公司内部要求，协助并支持客户要求的工程变更和量产后的工程变更的实施；量产后的工程变更根据过程定义由制造工程师，高级质量工程师，过程工程师及新项目工程师一起参与执行变更。
?Responsible to monitor and follow the PROFITABILITY MODEL of each PROJECT vs COST MODEL after SOP.
 在量产之后，负责监控和跟踪各个项目的实际成本与报价成本的利润比率；
?Monitor and Control Investment Plan (Process – Tooling – QA), providing information to purchasing and Release PR. – update Status.
 监控和控制投资计划及成本（过程，模具及质量），为采购提供批准的采购申请单，并持续更新；
?Responsible to Create and Maintain BOM / together with MFE. (release to DCC before SOP and Maintain And update DCC after SOP).
负责与制造工程师一起制定和维护材料清单，在量产前发放到文件控制中心管控，对量产后的材料清单进行定期更新到文件控制中心；
?Follow and report with NPE new project status by week and Maintain EPM boards.
 每周与新项目工程师一起跟踪和汇报新项目状态，并每周在早期项目管理看板中进行定期更新或维护；
?Other affairs from the superior.
上级领导安排的其他事项。

Qualifications:任职要求
? University Degree and above.
本科及以上学历；
? Degree in mechanical or any technical field with at least 5 years working experience as process / production engineering in related field or Project Management.
机械类专业或在相关技术行业至少五年工艺生产方面的工作经验或具有项目管理经验；
?Good Communication Skills and English Foundation.
