我公司是欧洲独资服装贸易公司，SPOOM (www.spoom.nl)是本公司自行设计的中高档女装品牌，主要出口到欧洲，北美，日本等，全球有2500多个专卖店。因业务需要,需招聘出口女装有经验跟单员若干。工作职责：
搜寻、筛选、评估国内供应商，联系供应商，与之进行采购谈判
开发样衣，制单，下单，跟单
跟踪产品到货时间及质量状况，监督合同执行情况
年龄：27-35岁，国际贸易或服装纺织相关专业
五年以上相关工厂生产或跟单经验，熟悉服装企业生产流程，FOB和CMT订单，
了解各种服装，尤其是出口女装的检验程序与质量标准，对供应商有一定的掌控与协调能力
工作细致耐心，有条理；良好的沟通谈判技巧，较强的独立工作能力
对时尚有敏锐的洞察力和理解力
熟练的英文书写和口语运用能力，因为公司经理和直接主管是外籍。

We produce fabulous ladies' coats and jackets, first in the industry to create the incomparable mix of high fashion coats at great prices. SPOOM is edgy yet feminine, daring yet elegant, funky but sophisticated, chic and street, timeless but ageless。We are currently looking for 1 experienced merchandisers.
Reporting to the Merchandising team leader,develop samples, obtain and follow-up orders, handle product development, price negotiations and sourcing in addition to managing the whole merchandising process.
Contact suppliers, make sure all the detail, such as pattern, color, fabric, price etc.
Follow-up product arriving date, arrange inspections until production is approved for shipment.
You will also work closely with the vendors and product development team for sourcing new materials and provide reasonable costing and production lead-time while ensuring that quality and delivery are up to company standards.
Other related work
Age: 27-35, university graduate (preferable in international trade &Textile industry)
Over 5 years' experiences with international trade company ,preferably in garment business.
Very Familiar with all types of garments, especially European ladies’ fashion wear, outwear,.
Good English and computer skills is necessary , as team leader ,colleagues and customers are European.
Good communicating skills, capable of negotiating with suppliers
Strong fashion mind, able to work independently
Team player, responsible attitude towards work
