职位描述
LABORATORY ACTIVITY
- Complete projects within lead time
- Be responsible for assigned duties by laboratory manager
- Improve the internal procedure or testing methods to increase the daily efficiency such as testing volume
- Study new standard/directive and set up own testing facilities to cover the new scope
- Responsible to explain the test result and submit opinion on test result
INTERNAL RELATIONSHIP
- Work closely with customer service and technical team on a constant basis
- Communicate effectively with colleagues or clients in any case to answer technical enquiries and provide technical information as an expert’s statement
- show good team spirit and company commitment
QUALITY MANAGEMENT
- Work with Quality manager to make the testing related documents
- Follow quality manager yearly training and meet the objective
REPORTING
- Be proactive in proposing recommendations to management when necessary
OTHER PROJECTS:
- Perform specific assignments as per management request even if out of the above list
Job Requirements:
- Technical degree with major in mechanics
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a testing environment (mechanical testing preferably)
- Good communication skills
- Good in English writing and speaking, native Chinese speaking
- Good grasp of Office software (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT etc.)
- Active working attitude and willing to take the challenge
