Responsibilities:

1.Preside over new project development & introduction and APQP process implementation.

2.Liaise with suppliers and customers, institute new product engineering and production standard and specification and requirement, particularly for equipments.

3.Assist in dealing with customer complaints with relative dept and manufacturing process improvement consistently, provide technical support.

4.Build material part list and engineering BOM for new product, assist in quotation for new project.

5.Engineering dept building and growing.

6.Production line fixture & jig development and design, non-standard equipment development.

7.Molding supplier development and tooling development with supplier .

8.Manufacturing process optimize and CIP.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor or above.

2.Mechanical or automatic control.

3.TS16949 auditor is prefer.

4.Ability for cable manufacturing and analysis.

5.Very familiar with cable SPEC and application.

6.5 years supervisor experience or above.
