要求： 1、2年以上MySQL DBA相关工作经验 2、熟悉数据库理论，熟悉数据库模型设计，包括逻辑设计和物理设计 3、熟悉MySQL数据库的设计、操作、调优，能根据项目需求设计出良好结构的数据库 4、有丰富的SQL经验，熟练编写MySQL下的存储过程，能与程序员进行良好的沟通、协调，设计出合理的系统结构。精通MySQL的各种性能调优技术 5、精通MySQL集群管理，对Replication、Cluster、Partitioning、Sharding等技术有深入了解和实际经验 6、为研发人员SQL编程提供指导咨询,并进行培训 7、熟练使用linux/unix操作系统； 熟悉linux脚本，有使用脚本语言编程的工作经验。 8、制定和改进应急预案、策略和相关规范，提高服务运维质量。 9、具有高度的工作责任心和敬业精神，具有良好的团队合作精神和沟通技巧 Job Description: Database Engineer / Administrator Responsibility: Be responsible for MySQL system database installation, commissioning, backup, disaster recovery, and other maintenance work.
