Reports To: Directly to -Senior TSO manager China
The technician is primarily responsible for Quality of Service, e.g. Customer Satisfactory, Internal Sales Satisfactory.
Responsibilities:
· Offer support to Regional sales team, provide technical support to reinforce sales;
· Interface with customers on technical aspects of all sales orders;
· System inspection and equipment repairing;
· Trade show support
· 800 hotline receptionist
· Any additional duties that may be assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree in science or equivalent from a reputable university/college preferably with excellent academic background.
· One or Two years of field experience
· One or Two years of system integration
· In-depth knowledge of products, system and service
· Proficient in Windows software (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
· Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly desirable with good written and verbal communication skills.
· Trustworthy, thorough and firm in withholding company requirements or policy.
· Highly motivated, self-starter, confident, able to work with limited supervision.
· Ability to work well in team environment and to perform under pressure/tight deadlines.
