Essential Job Functions:
Reporting to Finance Director and working closely with the Business Leader and functional leaders to drive that the financial commitments of the region are met
1. Assist FD to prepare annual budget/monthly forecast/cash flow forecast

2. Perform month performance review by store/region/key account

3. Lead projects to measure/analyze the set KPIs
4. Provide effective monthly management reporting (P&L/Capex/Working Capital analysis) and recommendation for the management team
5. Ensure the costs are in line with budgeting & Operating plan and advice/working with management team to address the issues identified
6. Assist in the preparation of new store business case and drive the strong return on investment
7. Assist FD to review preliminary monthly reports and address the question/issue identified

8. Undertaking analysis on ad hoc requests


Education, Experience & Skills:
1. Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance

2. Relevant accounting professional accounting qualification(CPA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) is plus
3. High financial analytical skills with strong commercial awareness and understand the operation/interaction of the different business functions;
4. Skilled and experienced in influencing diverse cultural/functional/team to achieve the common objective
5. Must be fluent in both written and spoken English/Chinese.
6. Dare to change by constantly challenging the exiting business/operational/finance process
7. At least 5 years of strong relevant financial experience per description in MNC, retail experience is a plus
