JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
REPORTS TO: Marketing Planning Manager
- Communication Specialist form the foundations of Marketing Planning team who is mainly responsible for
1) Traditional Media (Print, OOH, Trade Media) and Digital Media (Internet, SNS, Mobile marketing) advertisement and related tactical campaign,
2) Brand's seasonal printed material and enterprise non-magazine. Support Marketing Planning Manager and liaise with agency on daily works follow ups.
- To support Marketing Planning Manager for media agency briefs and review reports for determined campaign.
- Work closely with media agency to coordinate advertising campaigns and to ensure project delivery on time within budget given
- Provide continuous engagement and support for Marketing Planning Manager during the execution of each project such as negotiating with media agency or media vendor about the details of campaigns etc.
- Preparation of media campaign materials according to the global guideline and follow up with the standard of determined layouts, copy, and scripts or other material for adherence to specifications
- Help to monitor the media agency's performance and project result analysis day to day basis including quality control of advertisement and the effectiveness of campaigns maintenance and etc.
- Take lead on media agency for the monthly and quarterly communication report Advertisement Position Report, Brand and Competitor Clipping Report.
- Assist Marketing Planning Manager to liaise with trade partner on the advertising cooperation in trade magazines and landlord website
- Responsible on budget and cost management as daily payment follow ups
- Supporting Marketing Planning Manager for placing order, logistic arrangement, and allocation of the seasonal printed material and enterprise non-magazine from Paris head quarter
- Review and proof read the Chinese translation of the seasonal printed material and enterprise non-magazine. Plan and arrange the direct mailing by using CRM data base.
- Support other department for the event related printed material request. Arrange the production of the local printing and distribution
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University or above degree, preferably major in Ad/Communication/Marketing/English and American Literature
- Minimum 2+ years of media working experience with established 4A media agency or similar role in an in-house media marketing department.
- Be strategic thinking, knowledgeable in brand marketing and public relations is preferable
- With good communication skill, hardworking and detail-oriented. Ability to think creatively and prioritize multiple assignments in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
- Team player, someone who will go above and beyond to achieve excellence work and can work well as a team in a collaborative environment.
- Native Mandarin speaker with good command of both written and speaking English or French.
- Understand of luxury market; luxury brand client serving working experience will be preferable.
