Duties & Responsiblities：
1.To review 2D/3D drawings of the Motor/EDS/Inverter and testing specification with Design Engineer and optimize it for manufacturing.
2.To prepare the SOR for the equipment of Motor/EDS/Inverter testing line.
3.To work with suppliers for the production line equipment development and perform progress control.
4.To establish the process document including but not limit process flow chart,PFMEA & work instruction.
5.To perform training for plant ME & operators for new prodcut trial run.
6.To perform product failure analysis and improve the product and process during trial run.
7.To perform Inverter testing process and equipment qualification.
8.To lead and train the subordinates to work together and independently in order to achieve all testing process and equipment development.
9.To review and approve the SOR for the equipment of all testing Line.
10.To review and approve the technical contract of testing line equipment development.
11 To work with sourcing team to assess and select the suppliers of testing line equipment development.
12.To lead the team to perform product failure analysis and improve the product and process during trial run.
13.To complete other task which assigned by superior.
Essential Specification
? 5+ years working experimence on testing process and equipment development, have experimence on motor/EDS/Inverter testing is preferred.
? Bachlor degree or above.
? Be familiar with TS16949.
? be familiar with PLC, especially on Siemens PLC.
? Has solid experience on process documentation.
? familiar with the CAD, CATIA or solidworks software
