Job Description:

- HR database input, maintain in the systems and excel file (i.e. SAP, E-HR)

- Assist recruiter to arrange the face interview

- Manage staff in & out process with third part agency

- Internship management

- Documents filing and management

- Do the payment according to internal procedure link to purchasing and finance dept, payment follow up

- Support HR team for other tasks and works

Job Requirement :

- University graduate or above, major in HR Management, Business Administration or related;

- More than one year related working experience;

- Fluent command of spoken and written English- Strong computer application skills

- Proactive, customer oriented, result oriented and teamwork;
- Good interpersonal skills, able to properly interact with people in different level positions;
