Responsible for making meeting minutes, translation and other paper work.
负责编制部门会议记录，承担中英文翻译工作及其他文本类工作。
Assist director of engineering to complete financial reports.
协助保安总监处理部门有关的报表及安全文档。
Be responsible for department attendance, device card, office supplies and other administration affairs.
负责部门考勤、设备卡、办公用品领用等行政事务。
Complete the work assigned by director of engineering
及时做好上级领导布置的其他工作。

Job Qualifications:
任职资格：
Good skills in English and CET-6 is preferred. Be familiar with office software.
掌握良好的英语技能，CET-6证书者优先。熟悉各类Office软件
Have the ability of communication and Cooperation. Can work under pressure.
具有一定的沟通与协作能力，能承受压力。
Smart, considerate and independent.
思维敏捷，有独立见解。
