工作职责及主要内容概述：
1、日常出纳工作：包括提取现金和银行回单, 现金日记账登记，办公室备用金及预支款管理等；

2、银行账户管理：银行账户的变动及余额管理，准备银行余额周报及其他现金流管理报表等；

3、发票：负责增值税和营业税发票开具，发票购买，及月末抄税卡等；

4、付款：严格按照会计要求及公司规定，审核付款申请，安排付款等；

5、负责专柜结算复核，支持门店日常运营，配合财务月末结账；

6、主管分配的其他工作。

Job description:
1. Cashier daily routine job: withdraw petty cash & bank slips, cash & bank daily journey bookkeeping,

Office petty cash management, etc.
2. Bank account management: monitor bank account movements & balance;

Work out weekly bank balance rpt & other cash flow management rpt;

3. Invoice management: issue VAT & BT, and invoice buying & monthly tax IC card declaration;
4. Be in charge of Payment: payment request checking and arrangement with complying with accounting & company policy strictly;

5. Be involved in monthly corner settlement & support stores issues; cooperate accounting monthly closing;

6. Other jobs consigned by the supervisor.

能力与经验要求：
1、会计及相关财务专业，大专以上学历, 1年以上相关工作经验，有零售批发商贸企业经验优先；

2、能够熟练运用EXCEL & WORD等办公软件；

3、良好的英语口语及书面英语；
4、良好的学习能力，思路清晰，责任感强，团队合作精神佳；

5、持有有效的会计从业资格证书。

Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Major in Finance or accounting, college graduation, 1 year of relevant accounting experience,

Prefer the candidates with retail or wholesale industry experience.
2. Be skillful in office software including excel & word, etc.
3. Good oral & written English;
4. Strong studying ability, clear thinking, high responsibility, good control sense and team spirit ;
5. Hold Accountant license.
