Provide IT/Telecom services to support target business requirements

岗位职责

？ Provide IT/Telecom services to support target business requirements.
？ Support to users to meet their needs, provide technical support to users various applications and keep smooth operations
？ Implement and maintain stable IT systems environment to support various applications for all branches, monitor systems performance and resources
？ Implement and administrate network, workstations, servers, applications and telecom equipments for all branches
？ Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software, establish and maintain proper documentation on hardware and software
？ Assist to IT Supervisor, arrange and follow the daily job, provide users support of computer systems and associated equipments
？ Troubleshoot software, hardware and applications issues, evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for new server and hardware purchases
？ Cooperate with other key functional members to accomplish special project
？ Perform all other duties as assigned by IT Supervisor

任职要求

Knowledge 知识
? Know well with Microsoft Windows products, especially MS Office suites and OS MS XP, Vista and some other common office software.
? Familiar with Microsoft Windows Domain, Active Directory, Exchange Server

Skills 技能
? Basic knowledge about PDS (Premises Distribution System).
? Basic knowledge about OSI (Opening System Internetwork), better if ever worked with H3C products.
