？ This position holds critical and strategic position responsible for smart bank business development. As well as on site leading for smart bank project implementation.
？ Build BTAS solution for Greater China Area banks, serve as the architecture, provide pre-sell support for smart bank cases, and supervise the implementation of the projects.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS (State The Number And Title Of Those Directly Supervised And Identify Primary Interface Responsibilities.)
？ Reports to Strategy Marketing Manager, Strategy & Operation
？ Subordinate: None, Individual Contributor
？ This position works closely with:
? GCA leadership team
? GCA sales team
? GCA service team
? Other functions of Strategy & Operation Department
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY (State The Size Of The Area Or Responsibility In Its Functional, Geographical Or Financial Terms.)
？ Responsible for smart bank business development solution development and pre-sale support in Greater China Area.
？ Supervise smart bank project implementation.
？ Responsible for business performance of smart bank solution, and ensure the quality of project delivery by involving both inside and outside resource in project execution.
？ Achieve smart bank financial target together with sales team
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Describe The Essential Job Responsibilities, Be Specific And Concise.)
？ Work with GCA leadership team to reinforce innovation as a core value of DIEBOLD GCA. And drive implementation of key innovation capability development initiatives.
？ Develop methodology, process for smart bank business, responsible for 4P of the solution.
？ Pre-sales support for smart bank projects, take the response of the solution validity and optimization, organize company resource to achieve order intake.
？ Training of service team to be capable of smart bank project delivery.
？ Act as a virtual team leader, manage the smart bank projects implementation, utilize both inside & outside resource, cooperate with cooperate project management team/service team to ensure best delivery.
？ Generate strategy suggestion for the GCA leadership team with assist them to make decision.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES (Describe The Non-Essential Job Responsibilities. Be Specific And Concise.)
Will be involved in:
? Support to develop branch transformation advisory service solution and implementation competence building
? Support the Strategy Marketing Manager, Strategy & Operation to follow up on corporate strategy and strategic project portfolio
? Support of other new solution development if necessary.
JOB REQUIREMENTS (State The Type of Education, Experience, Competencies (Knowledge, Skills And Abilities) To Fully Perform The Requirements Of The Position. Identify core competencies, Leadership competencies and Functional competencies)
? Bachelor’s degree or above from elite university (Engineering related degree is preferred).
? Minimum of 3 years’ experience in consulting companies or smart bank system integrator for bank industry.
? Experience of leading a team to deliver smart bank implementation or solution design/architect.
? Familiar with CAD drawing and experience in branch design is preferred.
? Experience of team management is preferred.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is preferred.
? Excellent teamwork skills and a good communicator, high sense of responsibility.
? Have a logical and clear mind and a quick learner.
? Highly self-motivated.
