1.Ensure the given quota/targets set on sales calls; room nights and room revenue is being met,ensure revenue plan objectives are achieved .
确保销售目标与销售拜访相符,并达到预算。保证完成收入计划目标。
2.Report and analyze current and potential markets/trends, coordinates all activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume and increased rate.
分析目前及潜在的市场,协调各种活动,通过增加销售量及房间价格来提高收入。
3.Maintain contact with potential accounts through personal sales calls, telephone contacts and written communications,meet with guests from major producers staying in the apartment to ensure customer satisfaction..
通过私人电话拜访,销售拜访及写信沟通维护与前在客户的联系。与公寓内重点客人会面以确保客户满意。
4.Plan, establish goals for, and administer potential sales to be converted to confirm business. submit all relevant reports required on a daily, weekly and monthly basis timely and coordinated accordingly,manage time effectively by scheduling each week with at least 5 quality sales visits and 3 telephone marketing calls per day to obtain appointment.
计划,制定潜在的销售客户计划并努力发展为客户。提交每日,每星期及每月的相关报告。每星期按计划制定每天至少5次销售拜访及3次电话销售以联系客户。
Qualification任职资格:
1.Academic qualification: pre-university.
学历要求:大专学历。
2.English level: fluent in spoken and written english.
英语程度:熟练的英语口语及书写能力。
3.Minimum 3 year experience in the same capacity with strong influence in corporate sectors, preferably in a serviced apartment environment.
至少3年相关酒店市场销售经验,服务式公寓。
4.Aware of the market trend from all the existing and potential feeders.
熟悉已有及潜在的市场趋势。
5.Have a positive and demanding personality,possess professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
工作积极主动,具备良好的人际关系沟通能力。
