Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Management
? Champion the growth of the CSCs as part of CTI’s resource and location strategy.
? Identify and realize opportunities for growth, efficiency, productivity and cost Management.
? Continuously evolve the organization to ensure responsiveness of CSCs to the needs of the stakeholders.
2. Manage the supply and demand of CTI CSC resources
? Consolidate current and planned resource demand.
? Ensure that a supply of appropriately skilled resources is available.
? Ensure that hiring strategies and processes are in place to adequately meet demands.
3. Operational management
? Oversee the CTI CSC workforce, coordinating with the functional managers.
? Assist in the transition of services/resources and ensure that quality controls are in place to ensure successful deployment within the CTI CSC.
? Identify and realize opportunities for growth, efficiency, productivity and cost management.
? Implement approved strategies for the management of the CTI CSC.
4. Service Management
? Identify and further develop competencies in the CSCs.
? Establish matrix of leading management practices and ensure adoption across the CSCs.
? Provide senior management oversight of CSC performance and provide standard CSC performance scorecard for management reporting purposes.
5. Stakeholder Management
? Main liaison between stakeholders and CSC Management Teams.
? Ensure that there is open communication between CSCs and stakeholders.
? Engage global and regional functions to identify opportunities to transition services and resources.
6. Risk and Control
? Enforce the CSC governance framework across in the CSC.
? Ensure compliance to legal and regulatory requirements, and Citigroup policies, standards and processes.
? Work with Risk Management to ensure that requirements of client countries and businesses are managed and fulfilled.
? Ensure compliance with local Human Resource policies and requirements.
? Work with Risk Management, Service Level Management and Client Management to ensure that the requirements of client countries and businesses are managed and fulfilled.
7. Financial
? Enforce financial transparency across the CSCs.
? Facilitate optimization of geographic distribution of resources.
? Accurately bill CTI CSC services to agreed plan and ensure full recovery of invoices.
? Manage expense base within budget and identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
8. Staff Engagement and Support
? Engage CTI workforce and ensure that individual welfare and development needs are met.
? Deal with conflict resolution issues and disciplinary matters.
? Work with Functional Managers to assist career growth and mobility of the CTI CSC workforce.
9. Measures of Success
? Increasing maturity levels of the CSCs in terms of adherence to the governance framework and best-in- class practices.
? Increasing technical competencies in the CSCs.
? Increasing cost competitiveness of the CSCs.
? Maintaining open communication between the CTI CSC workforce and management.
? Ensuring CTI CSC adherence to local regulatory and compliance requirements and Citi policies and procedures.
? Maintaining or exceeding stakeholder satisfaction.
? Maintaining or improving cost competitiveness of the CTI CSC.
? Sustaining attrition rates at a healthy level.
? Maintaining employee satisfaction (VOE) at a healthy level.

Requirements:
? Strategic planning skills.
? Good analytical skills.
? Good interpersonal relationship.
? Boundary spanning i.e. ability to deal with various levels of the organization e.g. need to deal with Senior Management stakeholders as well as staff members at the working level.
? A high level understanding of various underlying technologies used in Citi to deliver the various IT Services.
? Organizational Development Skills.
? Site Marketing Skills.
? Process Management and Continuous Improvement Methodologies.
? People Development Skills.
