IBM CDL(China Development Lab) GPS (Global Process Services) Development is now looking for a highly motivated technical talent with rich experience in software engineering area to join us. You will have chances to play to your strength and apply your creative ideas to the world-class solutions and SaaS applications. The objective of GPS Development is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of building solution content - using common components, standard processes and a common platform. The GPS Development team has successfully delivered solutions and SaaS applications in Insurance, Finance, Smarter Commerce, CRM, SCM etc areas.

In GPS Development team, you will have chance to:
- Work on latest technologies and understand new SaaS/Cloud business model
- Work on customer solutions from which you can understand how different IBM software and Insurance/Analytics/CRM/SCM products working together to implement customers' requirements
- Work in a fast growing team with smart people
- Work with IBM top experts to learn from them
- Practice solution development process.

Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, spoken and written.
Excellent time management, communications, decision making, presentation, human relations and organization skills
Strong leadership, self-motivated
Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
Deep understanding of the development process such as Agile development process, or ISD or IPD process.
Strong development background.
Able to resolve problems in a timely manner
Ability to work flexible hours is required.
Good technical skills is a strong plus
At least 6 years experience in IT areas, acting as a development lead or manager as least for 3 years.
Working experience in global IT company is a plus.
Successfully leading big customer solutions is a strong plus.
