职位描述：
Job Duties
？ Design complete visual identities and main layouts from scratch for presales or main projects
？ Responsible for day-to-day website design and creation. He/She will be in charge of the creative team’s designs – and make sure we deliver quality work to our clients
？ Bring a keen understanding of e-commerce website, banner, mobile, landing page to the design team
？ Collaborate and communicate with key stakeholders including client marketing and cross function team members.
？ Apply brand standards while providing cutting edge design solutions.
？ Provide team creative direction for designers. To design for websites, banners, apps and print across their digital client base

Job Qualifications
？ Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator
？ Minimum 2 year experience in designing website, or talent who has potential with less working experience
？ Responsive Web Design friendly
？ UX centered approach of Design
？ Full working proficiency in English
？ Good PowerPoint skills It is better if :
？ E-commerce design culture
？ Proficient in China AND Western web culture
？ SEO notions is a plus
？ Passionate by UX and digital innovations

？ 设计完整的视觉形象和主要布局，完成商业提案或主设计
？ 负责网页设计及创意，协助团队完成项目在不同阶段的设计需要，确保为客户提供高质量的工作
？ 使设计团队在电商网站，手机端，网页横幅，活动页面等设计方面有敏锐的设计理解
？ 合作和沟通，包括客户营销和跨部门团队成员
？ 根据品牌标准及形象定位提供设计解决方案
？ 对设计师团队导团队创作方向。完成网站、广告横幅、手机应用程序的设计工作，根据客户需要完成少量印刷设计 职位要求
？ 熟练掌握Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator
？ 至少2年网页设计经验
？ 了解网页设计效应式
？ 会以用户体验为中心进行设计
？ 英语流利
？ 熟练使用PowerPoint
