职位描述：
从HR视角出发，参与零售部门管理工作，做好人力资源部与业务部门之间的沟通桥梁，帮助业务部门设定人力资源的工作目标并落地实施；
1、通过对相关部门的业务情况等合理分析，进行招聘规划和人员编制预算，绩效改善计划，组织结构调整等；
2、 根据招聘计划进行招聘，跟进部门业务的招聘需求，出具HR建议，协调各部门面试时间，安排并实施面试，各招聘结点与部门进行反馈，跟踪招聘流程及效果，背景调查，直至新员工入职；
3、 处理新员工入职、培训、试用期内绩效评估等事宜；
4、 运作适应所在业务部门的HR战略和执行方案，如绩效奖金方案调整，店铺人员提成、调班、绩效等优化
5、 参与所在业务部门的领导力发展和人才开发及发展通道建设；
6、 部门相关劳动关系个案处理等。


任职资格
1、 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理专业毕业；
2、 6年以上的HR相关工作经验，有支持零售部门工作的经验，具备较强的员工培训、绩效管理经验和相关项目操作经验；
3、 良好的沟通能力和扎实的人力资源基础；
4、 熟悉中国各地劳动法及当地人事管理政策，有较多劳动关系处理经验；
5、 具团队合作意识，快速学习能力和业务理解力；
6、 有工作服务意识，能站在业务部门角度思考处理问题，并积极配合执行管理层业务决策；
