YOUR ASSIGNMENT
1. Make daily DC receiving planning base on receiving slot and DC capacity in terms of the least demurrage & detention fee and fulfill the most goods availability in warehouse
2. Planning retail orders according to shipping schedule and transport mode to achieve filling rate and lead-time goal
3. Contact transport operations team for smooth transportation booking
4. Coordinate with warehouse operations team for daily inbound and outbound flow
5. Cooperate with other functions in DC to support in warehouse projects
6. Coordinate with other functions in IKEA supply chain for order administration.
7. Understand and fulfill retail demands.
8. Support new store opening projects and other activities in the region.
9. Accomplish other tasks assigned by team leader.


REQUIREMENT
1. University degree in logistics, supply chain or shipping
2. 2+ years working experience (preferable supply chain related).
3. Good Excel, Word and PPT skill. Access is a plus
4. Fluent in English and Mandarin
