Responsibilities:

1.Initiate wrapping standard and process control plan.

2.Revise and implement HACCP program

3.Work with OBM, Marketing, R&D, Planning, Material and operation team to launch new products

4.Manage packaging material conversion in factory.

5.Handle wrapping non-conformance when it happens, analyze the root cause and take action to correct it.

6.Wrapping process control and QC management.

7.Take lead and participate material and process improvement.

8.Join qualification for new equipment.

Qualification:

Must:

1. Bachelor or above, packaging or food major

2. Familiar with packaging material category and performance.

3. Know well about process control. It is better having experience about process control.

4. Good English especially talking and writing.

5. Good communication and team work capability.

6. Good at learning. Willing to find problem

Prefer:

1. Familiar with SPC, can use MINITAB or other SPC software.

2. Have new product launch and packaging material specification experience.
