Responsibilities:
职责与工作任务：

1.Design the fixtures and track the fixtures status according to the assembly plan.
根据装配计划,设计工装夹具,跟踪工装夹具的完成情况。
2.Work with the opreator assembly the products, record the process statues according to the assembly plan.
根据装配计划，带领装配工作完成装配任务，记录装配过程。
3.Understand the assembly process and key points of the prototype by reading the assembly drawing and instructionbefore each assembly work. The assembly can only be continued after confirmation and approval of the manager/engineer if there are any problems in the process of assembly work.
装配前必须按装配图纸和装配指导书要求，熟悉装配顺序和要点。装配过程中如遇有不明确的地方，必须征询部门经理或工程师的确认并同意方可继续。
4.Inspect the quality of the prototype by self after the assembly work, let the QC department inspect again, and package the prototype after QC's final comfirmation.
装配完工自检后交质检员检验，确认合格后，严格按要求包装。
5.Report the quantities of all of the parts used during the assembly work to the planner.
将装配过程中，涉及的物料使用情况上报计划员。

Magelec Propulsion is a complete electric powertrain manufacturer, producing permanent magnet axial flux motor generator units, IGBT and SiC MOFSET based motor control units and geared transmissions. Omni Gear and Magelec Propulsion are from the Omni Powertrain Technologies Family.
