Purpose of the Position:
Provide support to GM as a supervisor on human resources and office management function
Responsibilities (fundamental job duties):
? Ensure oneself and subordinate with high level of compliance with company’s code of honor and conduct ourselves with the highest standards of professional ethics, honesty and integrity;
Main Responsibilities of Human Resources
? Manpower Planning
a) Overseeing the entire selection and recruitment procedure of new candidates.
b) Assist GM for manpower planning.
c) Support GM to manage labor relations, employee profile, JD and recruitment procedure.
? Compensation & Benefits
a) Responsible to work with a third party to perform payroll duties, for both Shanghai office and Malaysia office;
b) Implement the C&B strategy and program designed by management team;
c) Assist GM to define and update compensation policy.
? Performance Management
a) Facilitate MBO & KPI management cycle under the corporate guideline;
b) Assist GM to administrate annual performance view.
? Training and Development
a) Work with functional team leaders to identify the development needs of employees and propose solutions;
b) Ensure that training and development activities are implemented smoothly;
c) Facilitate regular talent review and succession planning, and ensure the individual development plans are well implemented;
d) Responsible for delivering the orientation program for office staff.
? Other Jobs Relate to Human Resources
a) Assist GM to prepare budget for HR & Admin Dept.;
b) Responsible for company documents file management, such as Handbook, Travel Management, Employee Inventions Assignment and Confidentiality Agreement;
c) Serve as a bridge between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems;

Main Responsibilities of Office Administration/Management
? Office Management
a) Responsible to keep office running in an orderly fashion. To provide a neat and safe working environment to teammates;
b) Organize company activities, such as annual party and other culture and team-building activities;
c) Responsible to manage company official seal and petty cash;
d) Responsible to maintain and update company registration, amendment, annual audit and cancellation of company licenses and certificates to meet local government requirements;
e) Be responsible for document filing, update and renewal;
f) Responsible to keep company fixed assets list updated and accurately
g) Manage visitors;
h) Performing clerical duties, filing and typing up meeting recap as needed. .
i) Assist GM to improve and maintain rules and regulations relate to daily operations of office;
? IT Support
a) Act as a liaison with IT consultant & service companies to ensure IT system, NAV system and desktop support services are fulfill the need of job performances of whole office.
b) Responsible to ensure intranet, company website , documents and photo file meet the demand of business
c) Responsible for IT software licenses renewal and updated.
Reporting Relationships:
Position reports to: General Manager
Minimum Requirements:
1. College degree.
2. 10 years of HR and office management experience.
3. Service and people oriented;a team leader & player.
4. Self-motivator, result driven with Can-Do attitude.
5. Ability to plan, organize and follow through on work assignments to drive results.
6. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates.
7. Proficient with MS office, PPT and other computer skills.
8. Proficient in both English and Mandarin.
