【岗位职责】

1、储备管理职位，协助决策层制定公司的战略，制定年度、季度、月度公司战略以及费用监控；

2、负责配合公司的整体规划和战略及管理，以及与此相关的协调、贯彻和执行工作；

3、协助制定公司管理的体系、方针、政策和制度，并且负责更新完善；

4、参与公司发展规划、年度经营计划的编制和公司重大决策事项的讨论；

5、根据决策层的要求及相关会议纪要，对各部门的工作进行协调及督办，确保公司各项工作的有效落实；

6、全面负责贯彻落实岗位责任制和工作标准；

7、熟悉现代化企业的系统化运作和管理，熟悉企业管理知识；

8、领会高层战略目标，将宏观计划细化落实，上传下达，协调各个部门工作关系，督促各项工作展开；

9、督查各部门工作风纪和工作进展，检查公司制度运行情况，控制潜在的不符合规章制度的情况出现；
