职位描述：
The purpose of this position is to:

？ Lead plants and whole operations experts to meet safety, delivery performance, quality with cost effective solution to satisfy or exceed customer expectation;

Key Tasks

？ Harmonize and optimize operation system among Futuris China and deploy operations strategy to increase excellence level
？ Review, monitor and track execution of operations performance and provide guideline and drive for solution as thought leader
？ Assure manufacturing acquired relevant resource to ensure safety, delivery, quality, low cost;
？ Assure the operations procedures and work instructions are efficient, manage and drive continuous improvement plans and actions for all areas of operation to obtain efficiency;
？ Coordinate proactively with different departments to handle/solve urgent issues during program development process and production to ensure APQP/PPAP Activities on time from regional level
？ Assure new footprint launching on time as a key enabler and resource adjuster
？ Hire, feedback, coach and develop direct reports and make sure they have the right skill and competency and act with Futuris Core Value
？ Suggest and mentor the successors of direct reports
？ Set up standards and foster for a high performance manufacturing force with disciplinary, encouragement, reward

Qualifications
？ Bachelor Degree or above in industrial engineering or mechanical
？ MBA preferred


Experience
？ 15 years above working experience including 5 years above cross team management scope
？ 3-5 years as a plant manager or operations manager of a large scale
？ Solid experience in auto industry and rich manufacturing experience
？ Seating industry is preferred
