Staffing officer:

Major Responsibilities

Work closely with the businesses and associate director ,staffing & talent management to identify and respond to manpower needs from a resourcing perspective.

To work closely with line manager & associate director ,staffing & talent management to improve recruiting results (i.e., hiring in alignment with skills, attributes, behavior requirements, process efficiencies)

To organize recruitment events such as job fairs, and involve talent acquisition initiatives in business events / seminars to enhance company employer branding

To negotiate C&B packages with identified candidates

To gather industry competitor's information and produce talent report

Knowledge / Skills / Competences

Bachelor Degree in HRM, Psychology, business administration, or equivalent, Master& Degree is an added advantage

3+ years recruitment experience in a fast-growing multinational company or recruitment agency.

Quick learning & adaptation, result driven & excellent execution, can work independently under high pressures

Excellent command of English, both in writing and speaking.

Hands on, with practical experience and knowledge on recruitment
