职位描述：

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Visit customers (face to face) to build up/maintain relationship.
- Manage and grow accounts including assessment of customers’ sales potential.
- Troubleshoot customer problems in important issues.
- Identify and develop leads and new customers.
- Comply with the tracking and reporting requirements to enable simple and insightful performance

tracking as well as account’s financial performance and client satisfaction.
- Advise the sales manager in the preparation of a detailed account plan for each of the accounts.
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments to provide all-round service.
Position Requirements:
- College degree or above.
- Over 5 years of sales experience in ocean carriers.
- Sound knowledge of shipping industry.
- Proficient skills in written and oral English.
- Good experience in use of relevant IT office applications.
- Self-confidence, promptness and ability to make clear statements/presentations.
- Negotiation skills, flexibility and winning attitude.
- Strong customer orientation and market insight.
- Willing and able to work under pressure.

- 使用相关IT办公应用程序的良好经验。
- 自信，及时和清晰的陈述/陈述的能力。
- 谈判技巧，灵活性和赢得的态度。
- 强大的客户导向和市场洞察力。
- 愿意和能够在压力下工作。
