职位描述：
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for supplier quality management according to Brose SHN Plant system, establish & maintain supplier quality & incoming inspection management process
2. Responsible contact for all those supplier quality issues with all concerned suppliers which supply Brose SHN plant. Improve channels of communication between Brose SHN and suppliers with problem-solving and resolution, ensure supplier quality management system efficiencies
3. Pre-analysis and claim confirmation with supplier regarding to the quality problem; Supplier corrective action responses and conduct follow-up verification and review 8D report with customer quality team;
4. SAP handling: Maintain supplier claims, debits and incoming inspection plan after SOP; Responsible for supplier escalation (CSL1) as need; Follow up new project supplier & part release status, incoming IP status;
5. Implement supplier technical requalification audit according AI annual audit plan
6. Report regularly supplier performance data and chart. Track of quality related costs
7. Organize the supplier day for new supplier/component in safe launch
8. Coordination of supplier change management in Brose SHN Plant
9. Tasks that are for the benefit of the Brose which assigned by manager

Requirements
1. Certified supplier quality assurance and auditor (ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, VDA6.3, Formel-Q Certificate)
2. Comprehensive knowledge of error prevention and quality planning methods (APQP&CP,PPAP,FMEA,MSA,SPC,8D,etc.)
3. Comprehensive knowledge of the production methods in use
4. Basic knowledge of environmental law and environmental technology
5. Familiar with Chinese automotive market and industry 举报 分享
