1. 5-8 year(s) of hands-on server management, desktop support, network support working experience is required for this position.
2. 5-8 years experience in leading the IT department with small IT team. Experience should include IT Service Management, IT Budgeting, Vendor Management.
3. 3-5 years experience in hands-on systems analysis, design, development, implementation, and support for various functional applications. Preferably with the knowledge and experience in one or more of the following:
a. Enterprise Content Management solution, e.g. Microsoft Sharepoint
b. HR applications, Time & Attendance, Payroll, etc
c. Good understanding of ITIL framework
d. Have experience in working with different stakeholders & project teams.
Skills&Knowledge
1. Strong project Management skill of IT projects; PMP certification will be advantageous
2. Strong knowledge of server administration e.g. Microsoft Windows server, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, as well as LAN & WAN networking technologies, VPN and other IT security technologies
3. General knowledge in voice communication technologies
4. Knowledge of ERP/ SAP FICO / SCALA application would be highly advantageous
5. Experience in similar industry will be highly advantageous
6. Mandarin-English Language is a must(oral-written excellent)
