Key Responsibilities:
New machine unpacking, location, installation, commissioning, machine acceptance.
Machine repair, maintenance, modification or overhaul.
Customer training
Technical support to other department, e.g Sales dept.
Issuing service reports to customer / HQ
Other different task will be arranged by management level.
Required Skills and Experiences:
University degree or above, mechanics and electrical engineering or automation background is preferred;
2-3 years of related industrial experiences such as heat treatment industry are preferable;
Team work spirit and able to work under pressure;
Familiar with SIMATIC S7-300/400 and TIA Portal, Wincc flexible;
Familiar with converter and Siemens 840D SL is a plus;
Customer oriented, excellent communication skill with local customer as well as with German colleague;
Willing to travel.
