Job Description
- Handle monthly payroll and ensure timely deposits and accuracy, accountable for payroll and tax related questions and prepare payroll related reports
- Work with HR Vendor for social benefits administration and other personnel management and services.
- Provide kinds of C&B reports monthly and yearly.
- Responsible for various market surveys and data analysis
- Responsible for annual salary planning and performance review process
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices of compensation practices for respective countries
- Ensures overall compensation philosophy in in line with corporate regulations
- Support HR Manager for all kinds of C&B programs and preparation of paper works (New hire offers /promotions/ awards/annual merit plan and year-end bonus)
- Conduct the benchmarking analysis process and salary reviews for each country and function
- Expats & Local Hired Foreigners’ Support and management
- Provide professional leading on policy and process amends.
- Complete other tasks assigned by line manager
Requirement
- Bachelor degree, major in human resources management is preferred
- Sound experience in general HR profession with focus on Compensation area, at least 5+ years of experience as a compensation and benefits specialist in international companies
- Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
- Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits philosophies
- Good numerical sense and analytical skill
- Knowledge in SAP HR OM/PA Module as well as compensation Software
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Fluent communication skills both in oral and written in English.
- Familiar with Chinese labor laws and regulations, especially related to compensation
- Good team player, be able to work under pressure
- Being organized, proactive, result driven and fast learner
- Detailed focused and reliable
- High affinity to finance and controlling
- Able to work in cross functional teams
- Able to work in a global environment
- Strong sense of confidentiality , work principle and high integrity
