职位描述：
1.通过测试工作对产品系统技术有全面的了解并能够正确执行系统测试工作。
2.负责解决系统测试过程中出现的技术问题，识别原因并纠正，已完成对激光、流体、电子和光学子系统等的测试评估。
3.负责校准和光学对准被测系统。
4.负责执行产品测试，包括：构建测试环境、回归测试、数据收集、模式分析和性能测试等。
5.执行软件产品的性能测试和分析，预测系统性能瓶颈，风险和安全隐患。
6.审查并输入测试程序，编写测试文档，创建和维护测试用例，对测试结果进行分析总结，编写每个被测系统的所有必要报告。
7.输出测试报告和质量分析，保证交付质量。
8.跟踪测试缺陷的修改进度，并负责回归测试。
9.与研发工程师、售后服务工程师及生产技术员充分沟通配合，使产品兼具生产型和可维护性。
10.检查产品的完整性，提出合理意见和建议。
11.根据上级要求完成其他有关任务。


任职条件：
1. 工程学相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. 4年以上工程技术领域相关工作经验，其中包含至少2年医疗器械测试工作经验，具有电子，光学，流体等多个子系统设备的工作经验，有应用软件系统测试经验者优先考虑。
3. 熟练使用Windows操作系统，Office办公应用，能使用示波器，万用表，显微镜以及其他测试所需的工具等。
4.能够看懂和理解图纸、原理图。
5.具有独立解决问题、分析问题的能力，表达清晰，具备创造性和批判性思维。
6.沟通能力和组织协调能力较强，工作态度积极主动，有较强的责任感和团队合作精神。 举报 分享
