Job Description:

To contribute to the teams achievements by maintaining a sound administration system and to assist the Supervisor to follow up on operational activities.

1. Provide administrative support to the team, for delivery and sampling status
2. Update information to the Allegro system
3. Order follow up by communicating with suppliers

Working Relationship

Close internal and external relationships are essential to achieve the Corporate Targets. The Job holder has to work closely with the following parties:
1/Suppliers
2/Quality Assurance Team and Quality Control team
3/Shipping Team
4/Administration
5/Customers, occasionally under supervisors guidance

Job Requirement
1/ Electronic degree background
2/ Senior Student in university
3/Good English skill in Written and speaking
4/Active and aggressive
