职位描述：
Responsibilities:

*Evaluate garment at different stages of pre- / production to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards;
*Check offer / fitting and gold seal samples against specifications especially from a fit / construction / workmanship perspective, and detect garment (order) deviations;
*To provide technical advice on Product workmanship and technical aspects of fitting in assigned teams;
* Ensure adequate communication of quality, safety, construction, and size specificaition standards to suppliers and within sourcing organization;
*To provide clear communication to Regional Quality Assurance Manager on issues such as potential improvement of Product Standards, procedures, reporting tools etc.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor degree in garment/ textile;
*Knowledge of paper pattern making and grading and sewing;
*Above 3 years experience of buying agent or buying office is preferable;
*English level should be CET 4 or above;
*Professional skill of computer operation (Word, Excel);
