职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:主要职能：
1. Organize inspection assignments on the basis of information submitted in inspection requests.
根据检查申请执行检查任务；

2. Carry out inspections requested by orders or contract-related inspection programs. The inspection could also be oriented to qualify the process capabilities of a supplier, its potential to deliver against specification requested by OVIVO.
实施基于订单的检查，或合同相关的核查项目；核查还可能用于评估特定供应商的加工能力，以及其满足OVIVO要求的供货能力；

3. Prepare an inspection report detailing results and using a check list or inspection data sheet to specify the points carried out, draft a list of reservations (if necessary), issues equipment acceptance conclusions.
准备质检报告，使用checklist或质检data sheet，开具设备接收认定。

4. Unless there are some problems or obvious non-compliances, drafts a Final Inspection or Release Certificate for equipment. The purpose of this document is to provide the supplier authorization on equipment packaging and delivery.
在没有质量问题的情况下，编写设备的Final Inspection或Release Certificate相关文件，作为为供应商提供设备包装和发运批准指令。

5. In the event of obvious non-compliances, raises a non-compliance record for the equipment.
在出现明显不符合项的情况下，针对相应设备创建non-compliance记录（NCR）。

6. The quality Engineer will be responsible for setting up a continuous improvement plan with suppliers that systematically improve poor performance. The engineer is also responsible for following up corrective actions on non conformities from deliveries out of specifications.
质检工程师会负责建立针对供货商的持续改善计划来有系统性地改进供货商的不良供货表现。该工程师还会对不符合流程的供货商行为进行系统性纠正。

7. Sends completed reports to the project manager.
发送给项目经理完整的检查报告。

8. To assist ISO9001 quality management system maintenance .
协助进行质量体系维护

9. Perform the quality dossier for the project.
负责项目质量档案工作

10. Responsible for complying with and enforcing the procedures and processes of the company.
确保遵守公司流程与规章制度。

Additional requirements may be required at certain local entities.
PROFILE
1. degree in Engineering related majors.
工程相关专业背景
2. Knowledge on quality management related (graduated or attending).
质量管理相关知识，接触过较为多样化的设备（如泵、阀、风机、压力容器、搅拌器、焊接件 等）
3. Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control field.
最少2年质量控制相关经验
4. English business level required.
英文流利
5. Familiar with ISO9001 system.

6. Willing to travel on a frequent basis (40%)
