职位描述
1、一年以上全职网店工作经验，有淘宝购物或淘宝网上开店或者网上销售经验者优先；
2、打字速度60字／分以上，熟练掌握计算机常用软件操作（word、excel、各类聊天工具等）；
3、具有良好的网络语言及沟通能力；
4、有良好的工作态度，做事认真细致，一丝不苟，有团队意识；
5、能吃苦耐劳好学，工作认真负责，脾气性格好，能够长时间稳定工作，适应加班；
6、性格开朗，能承受大量顾客同时询问时的高压。
7、有处理退换货、淘宝仓管，售后问题处理等工作经验的优先。

工作时间六天制。
包住或住房补贴，不包吃，工资制度：基本工资+绩效+聊天产生的交易额的1%
