Key Account Manager客户经理

Job Description:

l In charge of key accounts global-background OEMs such as SGM/PATAC and potential customer such as Dongfeng Nissan, Geely-Volvo, SAIC, (DPCA, Chang’an PSA…);

l Develop and execute approved sales strategy to achieve designated annual budget and long term plan. These include:

ü Seek new sales opportunities for BWI products/services from his/her territory various OEMs;

ü Follow up with customers for various product changes through vehicle life;

ü Communicate the customer requirements to BWI internal organization

ü Co-ordinate quote preparation within various Delphi functions such as engineering, finance, manufacturing, PC&L, etc.

ü Provide problem shooting support for customers before and after sales;

ü Negotiate terms and conditions with customers in conjunction with Legal and site functions

ü Coordinate with PM to ensure smoothness of program implementation;

ü Obtain, analyze and report market intelligence, customer update, competitor information through but not limited to customer visit report and monthly reports;

ü Support sites’ payment and delivery negotiation whenever it is necessary.

Required Qualifications:

· Good communication skills in both English and Chinese

· Highly motivated and self-starter

· At least 5 years’ working experience in the automotive parts industry

· College degree in engineering or business administration

· Work well with various people and can handle tough situation and personalities

· Willing to travel frequently

Preferred Qualifications:

· Master degree in either engineering or business administration

· Long-term commitment
