? Responsible for recruiting activities to ensure efficient and effective hiring to meet business requirements
? Establish and maintain effective relationship with all kinds of recruitment channels
? Responsible for personnel administration, including new hire introduction and exit procedures
? Analyze staffing, turnover and other personnel statistics and submit ad hoc reports as per Corporate requirements
? Responsible for NCE Leadership,include recognition system, succession plan,skill matrix,etc.
? Responsible for employee relationship, improvement recognition system
? Update Monthly headcount report
Essential
? Willing to learn, hard working and team working
? Bachelor degree or above
? 1-2 year relevant working experience in recruiting
? Familiar with MS Office
