Responsibilities:

1. To plan, conduct and improve the experiments to deliver the antibodies timely for the projects. Independently summary, communicate and present the results in team meetings. Ability to improve experimental design and technology improvement as a result of data interpretation.

2. To update with recent published relevant literature, give formal presentation on lab journal meetings.

3. To maintain and up to date laboratory notebook and work report that records experimental details, such as methods, materials and the results. Make proper response to assigned work and keep informed the project team the current status of the work.

4. To operate all equipment and conducts experiments safely. Responsible for ensuring the appropriate safety compliance of the laboratory.

Qualifications:

1. MSc with 2 years research experience in Antibody Engineering, Molecular Biology, immunology or related discipline

2. Working experience in phage display technology is highly preferrd

3. High degree of self motivation, excellent planning, organization and communication skills.

4. Good team player.

5. Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English
